Kareena was amazing. My friends and I were discussing a few places that we wanted to go but did not know where to start. Kareena asked us what vibe we were going for, and we gave her some nonnegotiable things for the resort. We wanted an all inclusive, adults only resort. We shared our budget and came through. She also had an app that had all of our trip information and uploaded all documents that we needed for the trip. everything was smooth and organized for us.
