I’m compensated directly by the travel supplier after your trip. Personalized Planning Fees for Groups & Destination Weddings. For group getaways and weddings, a one-time non-refundable planning fee applies. This allows me to provide elevated support, expert coordination, and an intentionally guided experience from our first call to your final toast. If your group travels, the fee is applied to the lead guest’s reservation.
